1. Service Description
Detail Doctor provides mobile car detailing services in the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area. We come to your location — home, office, or other agreed-upon spot — with all necessary equipment and supplies.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the service selected. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit. No-shows will not be refunded.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle condition and size.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins if adjustments are needed.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept credit/debit cards processed securely through Stripe.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best service experience, customers should:
- Provide a safe, accessible location with adequate space around the vehicle
- Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service
- Ensure access to a water source and electrical outlet if required for the service
- Be present or available by phone during the service appointment
6. Liability Limitations
- Detail Doctor is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including paint chips, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues.
- We document the vehicle's condition before starting any service.
- We are not liable for damage caused by weather events during outdoor service.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
7. Service Area
We currently serve San Antonio and surrounding areas including Boerne, Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Bulverde, Olmos Park, Hill Country Village, and The Dominion. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
